Passed away peacefully at the Wairoa Hospital aged 64 years. Loved mother of Kelly Raroa. Loved Grandmother to her moko’s and loved friend to many.

Flo will lie at 10 Murrae Street, Wairoa from Monday evening and proceed to Pokai Marae, Ruatoria on Tuesday 16 March 2021 where her tangihanga will be held on Thursday 18 March 2021 at 11am followed by interment in the Ā Hine Kopeka Urupa.
