It is with the heaviest hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful “Rock Star Dad”.
Our beautiful humble father, besotted grandfather, a proud brother, doting uncle, everyone’s loyal friend, one of four of our families loving leaders, Wairoa’s loyalist resident, golfs biggest fan, music’s unsung hero, the legend, that is Ian Gemmell.
Dad will lie at Pickering’s Chapel until Monday 26th February 2024 where his “last gig” will be held at St Andrews Presbyterian Church, Queen Street Wairoa at 1pm.
