Passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday 19^th September 2023.

Loved son of Janet (dec), Brown (dec), and Tangi. Treasured and loving brother, uncle and cousin to all his whanau. Best mate and “bro” to David.

Phil will lie at 70 Kitchener Street Wairoa from Friday 22^nd September, where his tangihanga will be held on Saturday 23^rd September 2023 at 11am, followed by his burial in the Wairoa Lawn Cemetery.
