Passed away suddenly on Sunday 16 May 2021 at Mahia due to a tragic accident.

Resting Peacefully with his mum Jody Smith(dec). Loving son of Martin. Loved brother to Sascha, Tau, Matrics, and Tamarra. Loving partner, best friend and soul mate of Sheldyn. Loving, caring and over-protective dad to Ayvahh-Lei and Jah-Kyah.

Jason will lie at Manutai Marae, Nuhaka from Wednesday 19 May 2021, where his funeral service will be held on Friday 21 May 2021 at 11am followed by burial in Tu Tamure Urupa, Nuhaka.
