Peacefully passed away after a long illness on Friday 16^th August 2024 surrounded by his loving whanau.

Cool, “mean az” Dad to Jacquin, Linden and his princess Hineira.  Loved and treasured brother, nephew, cousin, uncle and “bro’ to all his mates.  Special friend to Karen.

Jacko will lie at his home for the night and will travel to Tuahuru Marae, Wednesday morning, where his tangi will be held on Friday 23^rd August 2024 at 1pm.  He will be laid to rest with his Mum, Dad and Papa at Te Waipera Urupa, Mahia.
