Passed away on Saturday, 25 July 2026, surrounded by his loving whānau.

Cherished husband of the late Adrienne. Much loved father of Trish and Shan, Benji, Renee and Alan, and Willie and Kels. Treasured Pā of Kelvin and Indy, Jeziah, Brodee, and Baylie. Adored great-grandfather of Piripi, Kiwa, Teia, Morihi, Matiu, and Tu.

Ben will be taken to Hinemihi Marae, Ruataniwha Road, Wairoa, on Sunday, 26 July 2026 at 1.00 pm.

A funeral service will be held at 11.00 am on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, followed by interment at Hatepe Urupā.
